The series follows the lives of iconic Spanish players living abroad.
Amazon Prime Video is airing a four-part Spanish language docu-series, Living Abroad that follows the private lives of four footballers from what was dubbed the Golden Generation.
The footballers – Xavi Hernández, David Villa, Javi Martínez and Juan Mata – were part of the national team that won the World Cup in 2010. They all now play for teams outside of Spain.
Each 35-minute episode followers the players and their families as they navigate living abroad, discussing what they like to do off the pitch; who they are closest to; how they relax; and how they spend time with their families.
Living Abroad is produced by Atresmedia Studios. The exec producers are Jorge Pérez Vega and Ignacio Corrales. It’s directed by Sonia López.

The series airs on Prime Video in the UK and Spain from 5 June.
