New lockdown format will feature the Redknapps and sports and entertainment stars getting together at the Redknapps’ home.
Sky One has launched new lockdown-friendly chat show/entertainment format Redknapp’s Home Fixture, featuring Jamie and Harry Redknapp.
The six-part series, from Expectation Entertainment, sees the Redknapps invite sports and entertainment stars to join them (and comedian Tom Davis) in their home for a weekly run through of sports and celebrity chat. It begins on Friday (8 May) at 10pm.
Jamie Redknapp said: “We’re all missing sport a huge amount so I’m so pleased to have been able to team up with my dad and Tom Davis to bring a bit of sporting chit chat back to Sky at this time. We’ve got some great guests lined up so can’t wait for people to tune in – I’m sure dad will have a story or two too.”
Harry Redknapp added: “I was really excited to get the opportunity to work alongside Jamie for the first time for Sky and I love big Tom Davis too. I, like the rest of the country, need some sport back in my life so hopefully this will bring some joy to those missing it too.”
The series was was devised by Jamie Redknapp and Expectation, and commissioned by Phil Edgar-Jones, Sky’s director of arts and entertainment and Zai Bennett, Sky’s managing director of Content.
