They will be sharing programming ahead of Sunday’s big fight
BT Sport, ITV, and Queensbury Promotions have agreed to share their boxing content ahead of Tyson Fury and Deontay Wilder’s rematch on Sunday morning.
The two heavyweights will face each other in a highly anticipated bout for the WBC heavyweight title at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, at 8-9pm on Saturday in the venue and 4-5am on Sunday morning UK time. Ahead of this fight, the three organisations have decided to share their programming.
First up on Thursday 20 February will be episode 2 of Tyson Fury: The Gypsy King on ITV, a three-part series following the boxer behind the scenes as he prepares to face Wilder for the second time.
On Friday 21 February will be a full replay of Fury and Wilder’s first fight, shown on ITV from 00.15. This will be joined by BT Sport documentary Round 12: Fury’s Resurrection, which first aired on Tuesday 18 February and is now available on the ITV Hub.
Then, on Saturday 22 February, ITV will show live boxing from York Hall from 10.15pm – simulcasting on BT Sport and BT Sport Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube. Named BT Sport Fight Night Live, it includes a British super bantamweight title fight between Brad Foster and Lucien Reid. It will also involve build up from BT Sport’s team live in Las Vegas.
