DAZN is will live and exclusive in the UK and around the world
DAZN has announced that its global launch event will be the Luke Campbell v Ryan Garcia match up on 5 December.
The OTT broadcaster will show the fight live and exclusive in the UK and worldwide, except Poland, with an initial price point of £1.99.
DAZN is expanding globally to more than 200 territories from 1 December, and is looking to debut with back-to-back weekends of boxing. After the Campbell v Garcia bout on 5 December, heavyweight world champion Anthony Joshua OBE’s fight against mandatory challenger Kubrat Pulev will be shown worldwide, except for the UK, on 12 December. Both events will begin at around 12am GMT.
At its launch, DAZN’s global offering will feature world championship boxing, classic fights, athlete features, and original programming such as 40 Days, Saturday Fight Live, and One Night. Additional sports and programming will be added from 2021.
