Four-parter will go behind the scenes with the French football team.
Amazon Prime Video is to explore the heart of French football club Paris Saint-Germain in an upcoming series.
Over four-parts, the series, produced by PSG TV and CAPA, will offer an insight into the team, replete with exclusive footage filmed over a season and interviews with staff and players.
It will chart the day-to-day running of the club and its preparations leading up to high-stakes matches.
The documentary bolsters the streamer’s strong sporting documentary slate, which has covered the likes of Manchester City, the New Zealand All Blacks and Leeds United to date.
At the tail end of last year, Amazon dropped documentary Andy Murray: Resurfacing, which followed the former Wimbledon champion’s attempt to rehabilitate following his hip injury.
The PSG docu-series is exclusive to Amazon Prime Video and will be available everywhere except China and the Middle East.
It will be directed by Manuel Herrero.
